Pleasent, but light weight romance with werewolves. Torrance is a vet who is also a were. At its center is simple story of a young woman looking for love with daddy issues. Low on action, sex, or paranormal. It has a simplistic world of werewolve clans where female werewolves are treated in traditional ways. Other paranormals are mentioned, but we see little of them. Werewolves here have few special qualities other then turning in to a wolf. Just people who turn in to wolves some times. It has non of the super power qualities seen in most other werewolve based stories. Nice if you do not expect too much from it.Product details

I really like this author's other stories. This one just didn't do it for me. To many words and no action. The last few chapters were ok but so long to wait for something to happen
I was rather surprised at this, I was more than I expected. I really liked the main character, cool for a werewolf to be a vet. I am anxiously awaiting more books on this character, hope they won't be long in coming.
This is a new writer for me and I have to say I really enjoyed the way it was written. The Heroine is a real Women's Libber and she acts great

Very enjoyable, and funny. There was way too much background but it didn't hurt the story. Did slow it down.

I am so happy that Ranney is continuing with these stories. I so enjoyed Marcie' s and now am so enjoying Torrance' s story. Love the characters and the next installment can't come soon enough.
The author keeps knocking it outta the park with this series. I read the description and was sold when I realized 'Furry' continues the author's phenomenal trilogy, The Montgomery Chronicles. Marcie and Dan & even Antonia make appearances (yay! I'd missed them) while I fell in love with Torrance...She has a witty, sarcastic humor and I laughed out loud (yes, I spelled it out) too many times to count. I highly recommend this book and the series.
